The conference will take place in Fort Worth, TX, USA on the campus of Texas Christian University, October 26th – 28th, 2023. The submission window is open until April 27th – a final deadline extension. Proposals addressing the specific theme or PYD or moral education and development more broadly are all welcome and encouraged. This is a wonderful conference for scholars across a variety of disciplines and at all levels, from undergraduate and graduate students to research leaders in their fields. We have a wonderful invited program emerging that so far includes Dr. Julio Cammarota, Dr. Ben Kirshner, and Dr. Judith Smetana – each of whom will discuss their scholarship in youth development and/or moral education, particularly the ways in which these fields may intersect, challenge, and enrich each other. We will also offer ways for researchers and practitioners to co-create and think together as a part of this conference – more details on that are forthcoming!
